Our client requires a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to work out of there office in Cardiff who specialise in chilled water and heat pump systems, equipment, application, service and maintenance. They provide a comprehensive service on all air conditioning systems including split systems, VRV/VRF systems, Chiller, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units etc.

The Engineer will be working across Manchester and surrounding area carrying out PPM, Service and all reactive work on split systems, VRV/VRF systems, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units and chiller. Reactive work will include a call out rota 1-7 with additional standby payment.

The Senior Engineer will be working across all major commercial sectors such as Data Centres, University’s Hospital’s, MOD, Industrial Process Manufacturing, Blue Chip Company HQ, Multi-Tenant Landlord Owned Buildings, Small Private Businesses, Schools, Supermarket & Retail.

Senior HVAC Engineer Position Overview

The Senior Engineer will be working closely with the service manager with providing technical support to other engineers as well completing complex breakdown, repair across commercial sector. As well support to fellow engineers they will be able to apply technical support, warranty, troubleshooting and consultancy to Clients when attending sites.

Senior HVAC Engineer Position Requirements

• F-gas
• NVQ Level 2 in air conditioning & Refrigeration – desirable
• UK driving license
• 3 years plus trade experience

Senior HVAC Engineer Position Remuneration

• £40-45k depending on experience
• 40-hour week
• Travel pays after 30 mins each way
• 25 days holiday plus BH – rising with service
• 1-7 call out plus stand by and additional overtime
• 5 & 2x overtime
• Company van and personal use available
