We are a globally known company within the Fintech industry that is currently looking to bring on board an Network Operations Lead to join our team.

Network Operations Lead Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for client escalations
• You will be required to make quick decisions and communicate these clearly with management
• You will liaise with our clients of all levels
• Throughout your role you will be leading a team of network engineers
• You will be the driving force behind global data and security network operations
• Coordination of cross functional teams which will allow you to identify and resolve incidents

Network Operations Lead Requirements:

• Experience managing network operations
• Experience working in a fast paced enterprise scale organisation
• Strong understanding of Cisco routers and switches
• Understanding of Cisco/Aruba wireless infrastructure
• Exposure to risk management audit and information security
• In depth understanding of ITIL
• Excellent client facing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
