Production Operative

We are urgently looking for PRODUCTION OPERATIVES to do general warehouse work in a Warehouse based in TWYFORD, WINCHESTER

What will you be asked to do:

• Operating a variety of machines being used to make Ice cream and Sorbet products
• Adding the raw ingredients (milk) into the machinery
• Working in a very well run production department
• Reporting any issues on factory floor
• Keeping work area to a high standard of cleanliness
• Ensure all Quality Assurance procedures are followed.
• Report any Quality Assurance issues to the Dairy Supervisor / Dairy Manager.
• Attend and contribute to weekly production meetings.
• Full training on all processes such as Pasteurising

What will you need:

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Good numeracy and literacy levels.
• Good communication skills.
• A driving licence and own mode of transport due to location

Working days: Monday-Sundays (days will have to be flexible as weekends are required)

Shift times: 2pm-10pm

Pay rate: £10.90ph

Time and a half after 40 hours

Would ideally have candidates who are clean shaven (Health & Safety requirement due to face-fit for PPE)
