ServiceNow, Remedy, Technical Services, Tool Integration, High/Low Level Architecture with experience of Enterprise and large Outsourcing environments.

WFH with West Midlands or East Midlands base preferable as potentially require 1 or 2 Office Visits per week!

The client are an FTSE 250 Total IT Solutions Provider and Global Outsourcing Specialist are seeking to secure the services of a Tooling Services, Security Monitoring Solutions and Vulnerability Technical Lead to deliver astute Security Systems & Service Management Frameworks across a wide and varied client base.

With long-term partnerships spanning over 30 years within Citizen Services, this client has provided a diverse range of IT Services to Local Authorities and Central Government. These IT Services range from the administration of major employment and health programmes, to managing major services in partnership with Local Authorities such as UK Leisure and Environmental Services.

The clients Tooling Services, Security Monitoring Solutions and Vulnerability portfolio is critical to ensure security and data integrity of customer data and is vital in ensuring minimal risks associated with unauthorised access and there is significant investment in this service to underpin the services offered by the wider Run teams.

As the Technical Lead working on numerous client projects, you will work within an ITIL or SIAM aligned processes, at the same time coexist with the Tooling Services, Security Monitoring Solutions and Vulnerability Services Management Team.

You will be responsible for the development (functional and service) of technical design, how tools integrate and work together,

You will gather data and tooling requirement from within the Technology Team and the wider business units, determining technical specifications, identifying costs, and supporting the time-integrated plans for implementations through to sign off.

The Technical Lead must have had proven working experience in Security Monitoring Solutions and Vulnerability Architecture Design, with a demonstrable track record in defining HLD & LLD, developing and configuration deployment for enterprise scale infrastructure and application, including cost forecasting or consultancy in these fields.

Key Functional requirements will be:

• To act as Service Lead and Service Management to support achievement of Service level targets, working with the Service Management, Operational Teams and partners/3rd parties to understand issues, resolve problems and improve performance.
• To provide detailed information for management by preparing short-term and long-term roadmaps covering all technical aspects of the service, working with Project teams and Partners/3rd Parties to improve detail and costings.
• To support and bring new services into live by analysing proposed functional/non-functional requirements, developing technical architecture options and recommendations, preparing High level Deployment/Configuration Designs and ongoing operational cost models
• It would be ideal to also have a provide track record in a working in product led business delivering solutions to large customers.
