I am currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work for a logistics company based in Northampton. The ideal candidate will have at least a years experience in a similar position and be able to create formulas, VLOOK UPS and pivot tables on excel.
Responsibilities:
Creating PO’s.
Matching Invoice’s to PO’s and uploading within Sage 200.
The processing of weekly payment runs.
Monitor the purchase ledger (subcontractor) inbox.
Closing of the purchase ledger and related reporting.
Utilisation of our in-house Tracker system.
Ad hoc Reporting.
Carry out other administrative duties relating to the finance function.
Other ‘ad hoc’ duties as and when requested
finance qualification is not essential but study support is available should that be needed.
This salary for this position is £23,000 – £24,000.
