Wood is recruiting for a Senior Planner to join the Project Controls team to support with all planning activities across a variety of key projects within our Technical Consulting division on a 9 month contract either through PSC or PAYE.
The position will be based within our Staines office; however, we are open to considering Hybrid home / office working depending on your preference.

The Role
Working as part of a small team, the Senior Planner will provide Planning and scheduling support and direction to the business across a portfolio of varying assignments. They will also support the Project Controls team, and the wider Finance and Administration (F&A) function with enhanced planning and reporting focus.
The successful candidate will be fundamental in driving change and delivering a Planning service to the business that focuses on increasing accuracy and integrity of our scheduless, supporting operations to achieve efficiency.
This position is key for the Project Controls team with responsibility for matters relating to activities for operations and strategic objectives, this will include supporting the regional Senior Project Controls Manager (SPCM) to develop and improve regional reporting visibility and consistency.
