Salary: £51,751 – £56,007 per annum (Level 4)

Our main area of focus is the elimination of schistosomiasis and soil-transmitted helminthiases (intestinal worms). Endemic infections of these parasitic worms are found in some of the world’s most marginalised communities, and they can have a hugely detrimental effect on individuals, including:
The Role
The role of the Senior Technical Advisor: Biostatistics will advise on the design, development, planning and implementation of evidence and learning across large and complex programmes, focused on schistosomiasis and STH control and elimination.
The Senior Technical Advisor: Biostatistics will be responsible for the provision of high-level statistical support to a range of Unlimit Health (UH) activities across thematic priorities, including programmatic survey design (including power and sample size calculations), development of innovative monitoring and evaluation strategies and operational research and subsequently the statistical analysis and modelling of datasets.
