Academies Enterprise Trust (AET) is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our newly formed Insights function. The Insights function will play a key role in providing world class data analytics and insight to support the Trust’s vision of delivering an excellent education that launches all the children in our care into a remarkable life.

As the Insights Officer, you’ll collaborate closely with a diverse team to create and produce data dashboards, analyses, and reports in Tableau that fulfil the Trust’s requirements for data analytics and reporting. You’ll support the education team in pinpointing students who may need intervention to enhance their educational outcomes and play a crucial role in the Network Advancement team’s overall strategy. Additionally, you will be expected to:

Work with the Systems and Data team to deliver the trust-wide insights strategy, improving the efficiency of data analysis and insight, increasing the value of the data analysis that is generated, and making data available at the right time in the right format to the right people. Assist in the development and generation of the trust’s Tableau data dashboards, analysis and reports, ensuring that the trust’s data analytics and reporting needs are met. Cooperate with colleagues within the Network Advancement team to contribute to the team’s comprehensive strategy, which relies heavily on insights. Assist the education team in identifying students who require intervention and promoting better educational outcomes. Continuously review and improve data analytics and reporting processes, tools and techniques.
