Wilson Recruitment have been commissioned to seek out a highly experienced Manager within the automotive sector and our client are willing to pay handsomely for the right person. Please read the full job scope before applying for this role Salary c.£55k-£60k per annum (OTE up to £80k) + bonus + company car + excellent benefits.The role (in a nut shell):• Branch Manager to be office based in Cardiff, Wales• You’ll be responsible for all management of staff and the profitability of the branch • You will be reviewing customer pricing policies • You shall monitor the inventory of branch parts stock• You’ll mentor and develop your team • You’ll be responsible for all staff and visitors adhering to health & safety regulations• You’ll take care of customer complaints and ensure both parties are in agreement with solutionNotes about the branch:• Are consistently performing ahead of budget• Is open Monday to Friday and Saturday (except bank holidays)• Has 6 bays onsite for HGV Technicians / Mechanics to work out of• Offers a 24hr breakdown and recovery. Truck, trailer, bus and coach maintenance. Accident repairs. Trailer parts.
