Please read the full job scope before applying for this role Salary c.£55k-£60k per annum (OTE up to £80k) + bonus + company car + excellent benefits.The role (in a nut shell):• Branch Manager to be office based in Cardiff, Wales• You’ll be responsible for all management of staff and the profitability of the branch • You will be reviewing customer pricing policies • You shall monitor the inventory of branch parts stock• You’ll mentor and develop your team • You’ll be responsible for all staff and visitors adhering to health & safety regulations• You’ll take care of customer complaints and ensure both parties are in agreement with solutionNotes about the branch:• Are consistently performing ahead of budget• Is open Monday to Friday and Saturday (except bank holidays)• Has 6 bays onsite for HGV Technicians / Mechanics to work out of• Offers a 24hr breakdown and recovery. Truck, trailer, bus and coach maintenance. Accident repairs. Trailer parts.
