Pure are pleased to be supporting a client with the recruitment of a Senior Financial Controller.Our client is a London based property developer that continues to grow.This role is wide ranging in scope and reaches across the business to all other departments but maintaining a core finance focus to support the finance team. The role focuses on statutory and group financial reporting in the UK and to our international shareholders.If you’re a qualified accountant with sector experience in property development, we want to hear from you!The role will cover various areas from statutory and management reporting, taxation, general ledger, company secretarial duties, systems, etc.The ideal candidate:-

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Property development experience
• Strong group reporting skills
• Audit background would be desirable
