I am working with a telecommunications company who are searching for a Trainee Service Engineer to join their team

Job Role:

This is both an office and customer facing role

• Log customer faults and issues with suppliers and engineering teams effectively and quickly
• Manage technical enquires in relation to wireless routers, data connectivity and networking
• Good understanding of Landlines, Broadbands, Fibre, VoIP services
• Attend site visits with engineers
• Assist in cabling installations and phone system installations

The right candidate must hold a full UK driving license and ideally worked for a Telecom provider (preferred, not required)
