We help people who have mental health needs and some dual diagnosis, find a permanent home, manage their finances, take care of their health, and access work, training or education. We also offer emotionaland practical support to help people succeed in their daily lives. All of our services are built around the needs of our service users, ensuring that the individuals have control over the support they receive. We believe in empowering people to have a voice in the choices that benefit them, their families and theirlocal communities and to fulfil their aspirations and live the most independent, healthy and enriching lives possible. We work with recovery approaches that built on people’s strengths, hopes and dreams. In line with the principles of the Hestia Approach, we very much want to coproduce the design of this service with stakeholders including service users, staff, local organisations and the commissioner (Hammersmith & Fulham). The South Cluster is a welcoming and friendly environment with a very supportive staff team and we work closely with other professionals and agencies.About the role
