About the team:
As an Infrastructure Support Analyst (VMware and Storage), you will be joining a small team of highly skilled engineers managing the environments that provide the foundations for many of the day to day operations of OSB Group. As we move towards post-merger consolidated data centres the team will be involved in many exciting projects and deliverables so the opportunity will provide a rare insight into how new enterprise class systems are installed and configured.

As the Infrastructure Support Analyst (VMware and Storage) you will be one the technical SME’s, providing users with suitable advice, guidance and assistance for the investigation and resolution of technical issues, and working closely with engineers in the resolution of major incidents. You will contribute in the upgrades of systems as well as assisting with the delivery of new systems and solutions.
Reporting to the Virtualisation and Storage Lead you will work across Server, Storage and Backup technologies and the candidate would be expected to have a good level knowledge in these areas. This role forms part of an Infrastructure team providing both BAU and Project support to our clients. Working in a SLA driven environment to deliver high levels of customer service to our client.
