Job Description
You will be the bridge between the business (incl. 3rd party solution providers) by understanding and capturing the business needs in a way that enables us to develop, test and deploy solution(s) that deliver the target business benefits. Using structured best practice methodologies understand the business needs, target benefits and priorities
You will proactively be thinking about new ways to provide the business with insights from our data, and any data they think would be useful. Coordination with the data development team to make the required data available and useable. Understand the relationship of all data, and create new ways to forecast different scenarios. Create and manage their requirements workshop plan(s) and lead the workshops to ensure objectives are achieved
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience of data modelling and simulations; to create a “what if analysis” model for IAG. You should have PowerBI experience or similar (Tableau). Experience of business partnering, working as a valued partner with senior stakeholders across a diverse operation, delivering a value-added service to business customers.
You should be able to demonstratable experience of successfully performing an Insights & Analytics Analyst role in both Agile and Waterfall delivery settings. Experience of process engineering and requirement documentation. Working in a business and technology delivery environment (Architecture frameworks, Process mapping tools, Agile and waterfall management tools)
