About the Company

Precision Resource Group are a high achieving, client centred company offering exciting recruitment consultant roles to people looking for a new and challenging venture. All brands will be hiring, including Panoramic Associates (Public Sector), iO Associates (IT Tech and Engineering), Panoramic Care (Healthcare and Education) and Finitas (Insurance and Financial Services)

The Requirements

• Resilient – able to bounce back from challenging days.
• Experience building a desk (warm or cold)
• Desire to bill + manage a team of your own over time
• Open to market experience

The Role

• Full 360 recruitment cycle from sourcing, business development to meet ups
• Mentoring trainee’s day-to-day
• Completing MBR meetings to assess your teams progress in the month so far and setting goals for the following month
• The curiosity to learn and develop your current skill set
