FIX Engineer – Connectivity/Onboarding – Banking – London

My client, a Global Bank, is looking for a FIX Engineer to work in a Front Office Trading environment.

The role will involve working closely to onboard new clients and facilitate trading functionality between entities using FIX, as well as, continuing to extend client connectivity across the Bank.

Candidates will need:

• Strong technical background and understanding of FIX Protocol
• Strong understating of FIX Integration and connectivity
• Demonstrable experience and understanding of end to end client onboarding and API integration
• Previous experience working in an E-Trading environment (FX/Fixed Income/Rates)
• Good understanding of Unix and SQL
• Strong communication and client facing skills

This is a 12 month FTC
