We are hiring for a Senior Programme Manager to join our growing team in Portadown and Banbridge. Responsibilities Customer & OEM Stakeholder Management Act as first point of contact within TAS for programme related escalations from airline customers and OEM s Ensure efficient and professional relationship and services to customers and OEM s Provide support to the commercial sales team to design strategies to acquire new business opportunities Provide support to the Aftermarket sales & support team to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved Programme Management & Reporting Report to relevant stakeholders on programme performance to contract deliverables and budget adherence Measure serial programme performance using appropriate KPIs and standard management techniques Drive cost controls to achieve budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Communication and cross-functional interaction Establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships across the various business functions to ensure efficient programme delivery is achieved throughout the full life cycle Review and manage any escalation issues that may result from operations, Engineering and Aftermarket teams Monitor and align production readiness of upcoming serial programme deliverables Risk Management Identify and mitigate any portfolio level risks and issues Work in conjunction with Senior PM Team to consolidate risks and issues across all PMs Review risk and issues with impact to portfolio and provide mitigation plans to senior management Programme Management team support Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to achieve Programme Management best practice and continuous improvement Daily management of the team, including decision-making related to programme delivery and reporting, escalating to Senior Management as required Liaise with multiple departments across the process chain to support the delivery of the programme with respect to Time, Cost and Quality Undertake regular performance reviews for direct report(s) Reward Competitive salary Annual bonus (linked to company performance) Health cash plan 33 days annual leave Contributory salary sacrifice pension scheme £5,000 employee referral bonus (role dependant) Death in service at x4 gross salary Wellbeing Initiatives Employee Recognition scheme Requirements Essential 5+ years’ relevant programme management experience Experience of Aftermarket sales support processes Strong understanding of best practice PM processes with the ability to deal with multiple high value and complex projects in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of P&L and budget controls Degree educated in Engineering, Science, Business or a related field Excellent communication skills alongside strong commercial and financial acumen to ensure each programme P&L is efficiently managed to budget. Strong, proven customer relations skills Ability to develop and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders Strategic Thinker Strong leadership skills Desirable Hold a formal PM Qualification.
