We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Support Analyst to join our team at our Cramlington facility. As a Data Support Analyst you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient administrative support and the smooth operation of our data management systems, with a specific focus on managing Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). You will be supporting a sub team within Quality Assurance that works in the Packaging & Manufacturing divison of the business. Manage and maintain Certificates of Analysis (CoA) within the SAP system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of CoA for product release and regulatory compliance.
Managing Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of SAP processes and provide administrative support as needed.
Generate reports and data extracts from SAP to support decision-making processes and operational requirements.
Monitor and troubleshoot SAP-related issues, working with stakeholders to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and relevant regulatory requirements in all SAP administrative activities.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience as an administrator using digital systems in a regulated environment.
Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to administrative tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus.
