We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Support Analyst to join our team at our Cramlington facility. As a Data Support Analyst you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient administrative support and the smooth operation of our data management systems, with a specific focus on managing Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). You will be supporting a sub team within Quality Assurance that works in the Packaging & Manufacturing divison of the business. • Manage and maintain Certificates of Analysis (CoA) within the SAP system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of CoA for product release and regulatory compliance.
• Managing Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of SAP processes and provide administrative support as needed.

• Generate reports and data extracts from SAP to support decision-making processes and operational requirements.

• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP-related issues, working with stakeholders to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

• Ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and relevant regulatory requirements in all SAP administrative activities.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as an administrator using digital systems in a regulated environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to administrative tasks.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus.
