A key requirement of the role is that all activity performed aligns to our values and behaviours, with a customer-centric focus always maintained. Inbound and outbound calling to our existing customers to manage and resolve their queries. Complete all CRM updates in a timely and accurate manner. Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations utilising your problem solving and interpersonal skills. Using knowledge gained from training, clarify, and understand the customers requirements. Have a proactive attitude and commitment to giving every customer a great experience. Perform all activity within regulatory standards, GDPR, quality policies.
