WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week, at our London office site.

About this Strategy Manager opportunity.
You’ll be joining the Operating Strategy team, supporting Group COO (the Group s Technology and Change function). We’re a small strategy team that provides innovative and independent thought leadership across a range of strategic projects and has responsibility for defining future operating model and organisational design. We play a pivotal role in the ongoing design, shaping and maturity of the operating model.
We’re looking for someone to join as a Strategy Manager to shape new, innovative thinking around the way we operate across the Group, with specific focus on effective operating model design for technology, change and transformation. You ll work collaboratively to develop solutions for a variety of business and design problems, drawing insight from both internal and external sources.
The role will require establishing relationships across the business to help shape operating model choices. There will be outstanding opportunities to define the target-state operating model of the Group. You ll act as a trusted advisor to internal customers at all levels across the organisation and have significant visibility with the senior leadership team.
