About the Role As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Management Accountant in producing the monthly management accounts. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, reflecting your commitment to producing reliable information. Attention to detail is paramount in this role. You will be entrusted with important financial tasks that require precision and meticulousness. From reconciling accounts to verifying transactions, your dedication to accuracy will contribute to the overall integrity of the financial reports. Timeliness is another crucial aspect of your responsibilities. You will be expected to complete your tasks within specified deadlines, ensuring that the management accounts are produced in a timely manner. This requires excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. In addition to your technical skills, your financial background will be an asset in this role. Your understanding of financial principles and practices will enable you to comprehend complex financial data and identify any inconsistencies or irregularities. This role carries a significant level of responsibility, as the management accounts are essential for monitoring the financial performance at MSI UK. Your commitment to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the data will be crucial in fulfilling this responsibility. About You You will be a part qualified Accountant or QBE who is able to work under pressure to tight deadlines. Working within the finance department, you will be working closely with other members of the Finance team and Operational teams in the regions. To perform this role, it is essential that you have the following skills: Communicates effectively verbally, in writing and in electronic formats Ability and willingness to learn about MSI UK, the partnership, and humanitarian issues and apply this in a commercially focused way Able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities under pressure
