Page Personnel are recruiting for a Bookkeeper role based in Trafford on behalf of a well established business.

This role will involve overseeing all of the transactional finance duties, preparing month end packs & liaising with the external accountants.

Our client recently moved into a new office offering excellent facilities.

Description

Duties will include:

• Raising sales invoices and credit notes
• Credit Control – Chasing debtors as and when necessary
• Posting all purchase invoices
• Creating payment runs and processing once authorised
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Preparing month end packs for external accountants
• Payroll
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful Bookkeeper candidate will:

• Have a proven track record in a similar role
• Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
• Be proficient in MS office, particularly MS Excel
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
• Be part qualified with ACA / ACCA / CIMA or Qualified by Experience
