The Recruitment Budget Analyst is responsible for managing and reporting the financial position of the Group s spend on permanent recruitment, including team resource costs.

The role involves owning the end-to-end recruitment budget and forecasting process, tracking and reporting spend, forecasting recruitment spend, supervising cost vs budget, identifying cost savings.
The role involves collaborating with the wider recruitment function, central Finance teams, P&P COO, Group Sourcing, and external Suppliers to provide financial insights and analysis to support recruitment related decision making.
