DIGITAL TECH LEAD
*2 year Fixed Term Contract

Role Duties:
*To act as the technical engineering expert across product development and project delivery.
*Work across development teams to ensure all technical developments and changes are well scoped, managed effectively and tested appropriately.
*To create the right operating framework for internal and external teams by defining, embedding and continuously improving appropriate software development and testing
processes across Digital Products.
*Lead technical changes across the full product life cycle, govern technical software decisions and engineering practices to ensure our solutions are fit for purpose and in
line with our strategy.
*Work closely with architecture, product and our 3rd party software development partners to define changes that will drive business outcomes.
*Guide others to ensure those changes are implemented in the best interests of the organization.
*Prevent technical issues from occurring through proactive management.
