1st and 2nd Line support

Duties will include:

• Providing both remote and onsite support to Microsoft Windows users.
• Supporting PCs, Servers and networks to a 1st/2nd line support level.
• Working with third party vendors to manage business applications.
• Occasional visits to clients for projects, installations and onsite support visits.

The successful candidate must:

• Offer high levels of customer service
• Demonstrate confidence
• Have great communication skills with a good eye for detail.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with users at all levels.
• Have an ability to self-manage priorities, use initiative and to remain calm under pressure
• Follow processes

Skills required:

• Excellent ability to troubleshoot all manner of IT related issues.
• Excellent knowledge of supporting Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Understand Policies and Permissions
• Active Directory User Management
• Good knowledge of PC hardware and components.
• Good understanding of networking technologies, services and protocols.
• Network troubleshooting abilities.
• Hardware and Software installation and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to gain security clearance.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Working with MSP tools such as Autotask, Datto and IT Glue.

Salary – £30k
