Project Lead/Manager – £400-500per day (Inside IR35) Initial 6 month contract

Responsible for Co-ordinating all proposals/tenders and project programming, advising both Head of proposals/delivery manager and project managers on systems and labour requirements to effectively satisfy the joint ventures planning and cost obligations.

Job description:

• To ensure all projects are planned and meet milestone and cost targets
• To support the Project Manager and commissioning manager in developing programmes to meet their objectives
• To oversee the management of the planning section and the development of computerised project planning techniques, with the objective of improving the Project Managers ability to control the project cost
• Prepare programmes for submission to an in accordance with Client/customer requirements

Candidate requirements:

• Experienced planner
• Civil engineering/Water background
• HNC/D or equivalent in a related discipline
• Expert user of Planning software
• Cost control and commercial initiative/awareness
• Knowledge of current HSE requirements
