Reed have an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work with our client based in Dorset.

Salary £35,000 DOE

The principal responsibility of this role is to act as a technical advisor and provide surveying expertise for the implementation and delivery of the clients Estates Maintenance Programme.

What will you be doing?

The successful Building Surveyor will be working on Planned, Programmed, Reactive maintenance, providing technical advice through the programme and assisting with Capital refurbishment projects.

What are we looking for?

• A degree holder with a relevant professional qualification e.g., MRICS in Building Surveying or similar discipline such as Construction Project Management
• 3 years post qualification experience
