We are working with a brand new consultancy within the network and security industry, they help support and secure their partners by implementing, consulting and conducting security and network roadmaps.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
1. Provide high levels of service at all times. 2. Ensure that incident management procedures are followed and that an incident tracking system is kept up to date 3. Maintain a proper record of the client networks including network diagrams and equipment configurations 4. Assist with installations of critical security patches for network infrastructure devices.
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
1. Cisco 2. Palo Alto 3. Awareness of Virtualised environments – Installation, creation, and management (VMware vSphere) 4. Minimum of five years in IT technical support 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability and willingness to create technical and operational documentation
