Are you a Business Engagement Director or experienced Business Relationship Manager looking for the next challenge in your career? Do you have demonstrable experience in building and managing strategic relationships with key stakeholders? Have you previously led a team of Business Partners? I’m looking to speak with individuals who have experience in creating strategies, ensuring effective and efficient delivery whilst driving digital innovation and growth. You will need to have exceptional communication and influencing skills with an ability to educate the organisation up to executive level.
Key Responsibilities
Work in conjunction with other leaders to develop a long term digital strategy
Regularly engage with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and priorities with regards to digital innovation and transformation
Drive decision making by business engagement across the organisation at all levels
Form and maintain excellent relationships at all levels of the company
Establish excellent channels of communication across all areas of the business
Lead your time, establishing and promoting an culture that is engagement and customer-led
Continually identify opportunities to improve business processes
The Ideal Candidate
Outstanding influencing and communication skills
Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders up to Executive level
Strong commercial awareness, with an ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to empower others
Capable of building persuasive business cases built on evidence
Knowledge of governance, compliance and regulations
Desired experience with
Managing stakeholder relationships at every level of an organisation
Gathering business requirements to support functional analysis
Change management, including cultural and behavioural change
Identifying opportunities and continuous improvement
Collaborating with external partners and suppliers
Creating a performance culture, driving performance to maximise efficiency
