They’re recruiting a Performance & Insights Analyst to ensure they have a strong performance management culture, and to provide strategic insight and recommendations whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The key purpose of this position is to understand performance and provide assurance to senior managers and the Board on progress against strategic and service priorities. You will support the development and maintenance of an effective and robust performance reporting regime and work in collaboration with services to ensure that service improvements are achieved.
As the Performance & Insight Analyst, you will be responsible formaintaining and developing systems, regularly reviewing the performance indicators and ensuring that they continue to reflect business needs and drive the right behaviors. You will lead on strategic and operational discussions to examine performance, ensuring that this information is communicated across the business whilst providing expert advice, guidance and support for corporate, directorate and operational performance management.
Their ideal candidate will have:
Experience of performing management systems, tools and reporting
Experience of management of projects / initiatives involving a range of stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Inquisitive approach to problem solving and excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of local government, social housing, arm’s length management and regulatory bodies
Used a variety of systems including Microsoft programme’s and bespoke software
