Business Development Consultant, West BromwichPermanent £30,000 – £40,000

Morgan Hunt are supporting a fantastic College who we have a superb relationship with. They are a large, successful, richly diverse and growing college based on the outskirts of Birmingham. They have achieved significant success over recent years and have further, big ambitions for the future with over 7,000 students currently studying with them.

As the largest provider of 16-19 study programmes in the West Midlands. Each campus offers a positive and inclusive learning environment to ensure that every student can excel and develop within their chosen field.

The client is seeking 2 x Business Development Consultants on a permanent basis, with the salary going up to 40k per anum. They will also consider candidates on a temporary basis in the first instance. At present they are ironing out a incentive/bonus package, to go alongside the above. We are hoping to have these details confirmed by early next week.

The ideal candidate will have experience within education, predominantly apprenticeships. This may be from working currently within a College or an Independent Learning Provider. These are 360 roles and will involve engaging with employers to secure vacancies that then provide placements for students. Both roles are very focused on business development and the requirement for experience of working within apprenticeships is a must!Experience within Automotive, Construction and Engineering would also be desirable, but not essential.The organisation offer competitive pay and excellent rewards including:
