AV Service Engineer
£35,000 – £45,000

We have a couple of excellent opportunities available for passionate service engineers who have strong technical knowledge as well as excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will report into the Head of Service and will be responsible for all aspects of onsite AV maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance. You will work as part of an existing established service team that comprises of a team of field-based engineers as well as an in-house customer service team. This role will be working with difference clients across the Berkshire and London areas mainly.

Skills required:

• Previous experience fault finding AV equipment and systems
• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of AV maintenance procedures and repair
• Working knowledge of Office packages
• Good communication and IT skills
• Communicate identified faults in a clear and detailed manor to the helpdesk
• Previous AV installation experience
• Control system programming experience
