Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Telecoms Support Engineer to join a highly successful team working for a leading Telecommunications Service Provider based in Crewe. There is currently a team of 20 over UK and Ireland.

Day to day you will be working on the helpdesk, supporting external users with any broadband or telephony issues. Assuming you are on the right level, you will also mentor junior technicians. They are constantly growing so you will have the opportunity to develop yourself.
