Therefore, we are investing in a new workforce to lead this change, and we are actively recruiting now for a 2023 start, focused on change management, transforming work practices, and project delivery of goals and ; â In summaryAnalyst who will be responsible for gathering and understanding the business needs of our organization within specific projects and operational improvement initiatives. The analyst will then work with the Case Management Change Lead and the IT teams/business teams, to ensure that the requirements are accurately translated into system implementations. Specific Deliverables:

• Working in the Case Management team within the Finance, Supply Chain & Business Office workstream.
• Assessing and defining the business requirements of Case Management ensuring they are delivered within the EHR solution.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
• Understanding customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.
• Identifying and managing risks, issues and adherence to programme governance.
• Support the Change Management Plan for the business areas involved in Case Management functions.

Successful candidates will need:

• Experience working in a digital transformation or change programme advantageous.
• Healthcare or regulated industry background is desirable.
• Understanding of IT/Web technologies
• Excellent attention to detail and proven technical writing skills.
• Excellent organizational, consultative and communication skills.
• Proactive individual who is solution and delivery focused with great attention to detail.
