WHAT TO EXPECT
Digital Product Creation is an in-house development team which drives and accelerates the creation and adoption of effective, governed and resilient digital products to augment decision-making, automate business processes and modernise customer experience.
As an Agile delivery lead you will facilitate and lead our digital product developments, transforming that vision to JLR. You’ll support the team solving difficult problems, uncovering challenges, managing relationships, and ensuring our deliveries drive and exceed our standards.

You’ll also be responsible for the following:
Delivery of products using appropriate agile methodologies.
Ensuring the teams have everything they need to succeed, and their processes are optimal.
End to end involvement, supporting, facilitating and driving the right processes, behaviours and outcomes at each stage of the Product lifecycle.
Helping our Product teams and their stakeholders build, maintain and prioritise product roadmaps.
Facilitation of scrum teams for greater creativity and improved efficiency, managing the scrum process and the coordination of multiple scrum teams.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You’ll be experienced in Agile principles and delivering technical products using Agile methodologies.
Be a confident, assertive and motivated team player to get the best out of skilled technical development teams.
Be an excellent stakeholder manager.
Be able to deliver on quality assurance & governance.
Have a product lead mindset.
Be able to demonstrate a fluency with data.
Scrum certifications and knowledge/ experience of JIRA and Confluence would be desirable.
