Accountabilities The Business Analyst will operate within the organisation s Engineering function, providing analysis and design skills whilst taking ownership of user requirement definition and delivery on significant projects. The Business Analyst will enhance value and delivery through being an effective bridge between client and project teams, proactively communicating and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. Operating in Agile and Waterfall frameworks, the Senior Business Analyst will assess, plan and manage user requirements. Requirements will be elicited through a variety of methods from workshops and surveys to document analysis. The Business Analyst will critically evaluate gathered information, translate business needs into operational requirements and will collaborate extensively with experts to establish technical vision and evaluate potential compromises around usability and performance. Skills We are looking for a Business Analyst with excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience working with products and software as well as processes & procedures across the SDLC. The Business Analyst will be comfortable working in Agile, communicating with both technical and non-technical officers and possess good commercial acumen. Suitable tooling experience and a strong delivery ethos is also sought. All sectoral backgrounds will be considered.
