We are loooking for someone to gather and process information relating to payroll and company benefits for the whole organisation. You will build relationships with all the stakeholders who are involved in the payroll process. Working with the Payroll Manager to meet company deadlines and running payroll as streamlined and timely as possible, month by month. We will also look for you to provide support with the administration of our HR System and data reporting. About you: Education and Qualifications: Good standard of education with GCSE English and Maths or equivalents Expert Excel skills required Recent training in GDPR, and Diversity and Inclusion training. Ideal experience: Proven experience within a Payroll team Experience administering an HR Information system Understanding of external payroll audit process and the importance of robust payroll procedures Sound knowledge and practical application of current UK employment law procedures and processes in regards to their impact on pay Expert Excel skills required Working knowledge of payroll software Competencies and Skills Good administration, planning, organising and time management skills with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working to tight deadlines and able to use own initiative High level of customer service orientation and ability to deal with people at all levels Good computer skills, ability to operate excel spreadsheets and word documents at a proficient level Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
