Imperial Professionals are currently recruiting exclusively for a national Training Provider who are looking to appoint an End Point Assessment Manager
Duties:
To manage all End Point Assessment (EPA) activity across Apprenticeships / NCC
Take ownership of all associated EPA activities
Ensure the delivery of a robust and compliant set of EPA processes from registration to results
Identify suitable EPAOs, support any procurement and contracting activity and agree the operating model and SLAs.
Build and maintain relationships with a variety of End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs)
Act as the key point of contact for all EPAOs
Manage contracts with all EPAOs, including the agreement of SLAs
Manage communications with NCC sites and operational teams in relation to assessment scheduling, outcomes and issuing of results
Utilise all EPAO systems to provide key data and intelligence
Monitor learner progress through gateway, EPA, and results
Manage data on all systems and trackers to enable accurate and timely reporting and identify trends
Maintain up to date process documentation
Produce management information reports to ensure effective performance management of all EPA activity
Work closely with curriculum and operational teams to ensure EPA best practice is implemented into delivery
Work closely with operational teams to support the effective completion of gateway documentation, including resolving any queries in a timely manner
Work with EPAOs (and IfATE) to resolve EPA issues
Provide hands on support to improve processes and documentation
Make recommendations for future process improvements
Requirements:
Essential
Up-to-date understanding of apprenticeship programmes and the apprenticeship learning journey
Knowledge of the work-based learning / apprenticeship environment
Detailed understanding of End Point Assessment processes
Knowledge of apprenticeship and EPA systems e.g., Maytas, ACE 360 etc
Able to identify operational risks
Experience of managing relationships, both external and internal
Excellent IT skills
Proven track record of consistently achieving performance targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable
Knowledge of construction related End Point Assessments
