Customer Service Field Agent – Swindon

Our client is looking for Customer Service Fields Agents to work across Swindon from 12th June to 7th July. £13 per hour plus bonus and some travel expenses.

The role will entail visiting various retail and hospitality outlets within a set location to conduct a brief survey relating to a product they are currently using. All details and questions will be provided to you via an app, with each visit expected to take around 10 minutes. You will be expected to make a minimum number of visits per day. Your working day will be 8 hours, either starting at 10am or 11am Monday to Friday.

You will also have the potential to earn additional money for each survey completed

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service experience
• Attention to detail and being proud of your work
• Self motivated and happy to be on your feet all day
• A smart phone to log your surveys via an app
• Driving license and vehicle
