Regional Contracts Manager needed to lead an expanding field services team based across the Midlands.

A global leading technologies company within the civil engineering industry are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager or Service Manager with experience managing a contracts and operational team that cover the Midlands region. A broad role managing all Midlands based contracts, complete service delivery and ensuring all field service teams are exceeding requirements and standards.

The ideal candidate will come from a contracts or service account management background with exposure to the public works, road, or construction industry.

The Role:

• Lead a cross-functional team in office and on site.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are in line with environment legislation/procedures.
• Work closely with other departments, providing reports and updates.
• Manage project deadlines, forecast revenue, margin and costs and other strategy duties.
• Regular consult with clients, internal stakeholders and third-party vendors throughout project timelines.

The Requirements:

• Contract/commercial knowledge with experience in contract management.
• Management experience in civil engineering, construction, or similar industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Health, Safety, and environment legislation/procedures such as IOSH/NEBOSH.
• Able to lead a multidisciplinary team across a range of locations.
• Strong communicator who is able to speak with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Full driving licence with the ability to travel across the Midlands region.
• Conformable commuting into Leicester office at least 3 days per week.

The Overview:

• Up to £55,000 basic salary depending on experience.
