Learning And Development Manager / £45k / LondonA prestigious educational institution located in East London, renowned for providing high-quality education and training to a diverse student population. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of the college.Position Overview: As the L&D Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the professional growth and continuous learning of our staff members. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning and development programs that align with the college’s strategic goals and foster a culture of excellence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the college’s L&D strategy, ensuring it supports organisational objectives and addresses key skill gaps.Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and design relevant programs.Design and deliver engaging and innovative learning solutions, utilising a variety of methods including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and blended learning approaches.Manage the end-to-end training process, including needs analysis, content development, delivery logistics, evaluation, and reporting.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, collecting feedback and implementing improvements as necessary.Qualifications and Requirements:Proven experience in L&D management, preferably within an educational institution or similar environment.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful L&D strategies and programs.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
