We are on a sustainable growth path and are currently hiring for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team on the maintenance & servicing desk to help drive the business forward.

This position would suit someone with ambition and a passion for speaking with people, building relationships and a clear drive to achieve professional and personal results.

Key responsibilities:

• Actively source & qualify candidates to deliver CVs to clients
• Maintaining and recording all relevant information onto a CRM database
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
• Providing cost breakdowns and quotations to clients
• Client meetings and general support
• Advertising vacancies and utilising job boards
• Answering client and candidate queries and resolving any raised issues
• Achieving weekly and monthly KPI’s and revenue targets
• Networking to become an expert in your market
• Business development

A successful recruitment consultant will be:
