IT Resource and Demand Manager – Insurance

Our client, a London Market Insurer are seeking an IT Resource and Demand Manager – Insurance to join their team on a permanent basis to facilitate positive change through developing and organise IT resources amid a company wide IT Transformation. This individual would be responsible for staffing projects, ensure resources were being utilized efficiently and providing accurate insights into upcoming demands.

Experience required:

• Previous experience in a IT Resource and Demand or Supply Manager or related role.
• Previously managed 400-500 resources .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience creating mi reports for stakeholders
• Ability to lease with senior stakeholders at a high level.
• Previous experience working with 3rd party companies and resources.

This is a permanent role paying up to £85,000 per annum + Bonus and Benefits. The role requires 3 days per week in central London and 2 working from home.
