Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer – Hashicorp Vault – Coventry/Hybrid Working

Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer required for a leading client based in Coventry. Our client is currently seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer with previous experience using Hashicorp Vault as well as Secrets/Token Management. The ideal candidate will Provide a deep level of technical knowledge to complete the troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents or problems, to meet operational IT requirements and ensure BAU service is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong IT infrastructure skill set – Windows Server 2008R2, 2012 R2, 2016 &/or 2019
• Extensive knowledge of Infrastructure operational technologies – AD, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with SQL/ServiceNow systems
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure systems, including Hashicorp Vault and Secrets/Token Management
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of all IT infrastructure systems.
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures, including those related to Hashicorp Vault
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
