We are looking for an experienced finance administrator to join the finance team in Halifax. For the role you will need to have previous experience in a similar role, this will allow you to hit the ground running and get right underway. This is your opportunity to bring your numeric data and finance skills to light.
What you will be doing: Chasing Overdue Payments Raising Purchase Orders Sending Invoices Chasing documentation from suppliers Produce monthly sales reports Assist the Finance Director in maintaining the accounting systems, processes and procedures
What we are looking for: Experience in a similar role previously Good knowledge of accounting and financial data Experience in producing invoices Excellent organisational skills Experience with SAGE and XERO software is essential
