Technical Support Executive

• Salary: £33,000pa (plus yearly commission)
• Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off including weekends
• Early shift – 8.00 – 6pm
• Late Shift – 10.00 – 8pm

Our client, a major UK used car sales company are looking for a friendly, hard working professional NVQ or City & Guilds qualified Vehicle Technician to join their expanding team of Technical Support Executives to provide assistance and guidance with customer vehicle issues and warranty claims. The main responsibilities of the Technical Support Executive are:

• Assess mechanical/electrical claims and repairs from customers and provide a professional decision based on your expert knowledge to reject or accept the claim. You will also have to identify faults and issues efficiently and recommend the correct repair strategy for the vehicle.
• Build strong relationships with customers, the workshop team, and third party repairers
• Customer-orientated and able to establish great relationships with corporate clients
• Be able to use your own experience to make a professional decision alone

As a Technical Support Executive You must be:

• Computer literate – Use of internal systems, telephone, and emails, sending letters
• Great communication
• Customer Orientated
• Be NVQ or City & Guilds level qualified in vehicle maintenance & repair
• 3+ years of experience as a Technician
