Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a Production Scheduler to work on site at our offices in Yeovil. The role requires the worker to be responsible for the timely release of work in progress, in order to support the execution of the Site’s On Time To Request, Production plans. This position reviews shortages, prioritises orders in line with the Customer requirements and works closely with relevant teams to highlight parts supply issues for focused attention.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Knowledge of SAP desirable, but not essential
High standard of Health & Safety
Adhering to Company Processes & Procedures
Working in a Customer-focused environment and achieving targets
Attributes/Skills Required:
The position requires the applicant to have an understanding of Aerospace practice and the significance of the safety critical work undertaken
Ability to manage high workloads and prioritise key tasks
Demonstrated understanding of inventory management and production control
Demonstrated understanding of MRP systems and scheduling
Good communication skills
PC literate
Ability to read and follow instructions
The Applicant should be able to display essential skills in the adherence to Health & Safety standards at all times, teamwork, flexibility and the ability to use initiative

Any further training requirements will be provided:- SAP, PC skills, Manual Handling, 5S, HOS Principles and general Health & Safety
