About this opportunity
The Colleague Success team is responsible for making every day a little bit better at LBG for each colleague. Whether this is by continuously improving our core HR processes, delivering people mentorship via Colleague Connect, ensuring operational risk and resilience or transformational change as part of the People Platform.
This key role will sit in the People Platform which, using diverse multi-disciplinary teams of business, technology and data experts, is accountable for planning, change, operate and optimisation of our assets to deliver an outstanding colleague experience, that fulfils our digital strategy and ambitions.
Reporting to the People Business Platform Lead (Director) and as a member of the Colleague Success Leadership team, the Product Owner will be responsible for the end to end delivery of a well-rounded product, project or service, with the main goal of realising value for customers and collaborators, by ensuring that the lab and teams are working on solving the right set of Business problems. This is achieved by building collaborative, empowered teams, nurturing them to take ownership of the relevant outcomes. As well as stimulating innovation and mitigating risk by fostering data driven test and learn activities.
