Management Accountant – NHS, Band5 or Band 6

Roc Search’s Client is currently recruiting for a band5/6 Management Accountant for an NHS cilent of ours on an initial 3 month contract.

Essential:

• Qualified AAT Technician or Degree
• Significant experience in a finance environment
• Detailed understanding of accounting processes, with specialist knowledge over a range of areas
• Experience of working with Agresso system budgeting and ledger systems
• Experience of reconciliation and recharging of control account coding structures
• Experience of working with computerised accounting software
• Knowledge of computerised software eg Excel, Word, Access
• Good communication skills, ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial budget holders/managers
• Good organisational skills and ability to deal with incoming information in a confidential and sensitive manner.

Desirable

• Previous experience of public sector or NHS management accounting
• Experience of working with computerised payroll

Location: Fully Remote
Job Type: Contract

Rate: £150 – 180 per day
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 3 months+
