Working with this team will give you the opportunity to work with leading banks in the world and help them to transform their risk and control functions while providing ample opportunities for you to learn the leading practices adopted by these institutions. The role: Will be part of the Financial Services environment as a Financial Controller, (Finance) Product Controller or Accountant Responsibilities: Support audit requests and requirements, Support BAU requirements, Build audit files and accounting memos, Requirements analysis and gathering, Control framework review. Key Skills, Competencies & Experience: Skills: Strong communications skills, Proactive and delivery focused with excellent communication skills and organised approach to completing activities and deliverables, Able to confidently present ideas to inform and influence leadership decisions, Strong facilitation skills to elicit information from key stakeholders, both internally and externally, Proven and demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to think laterally and generate creative solutions, Strong stakeholder management skills, Proactive and delivery focused attitude, Ability to plan, co-ordinate, recognise and prioritise deadlines, Attention to detail, completing tasks accurately and in a timely manner, Ability to form and develop an effective network. Experience: Experience as a Financial Controller, (Finance) Product Controller or Accountant in a Financial Services environment, Educated CCAB qualified Accountant, Experience conducting financial audits, Highly numerate with good analytical and problem-solving skills, Experience working in a banking/financial services organisation with IFRS accounting experience.
